403(b) retirement plan sponsors are required to periodically amend their documents for changes in the law. This program will discuss required legal updates and deadlines, discretionary amendments that may benefit both participants and plan sponsors, and potential legal changes and how to prepare for them. In addition, the program will discuss recent fiduciary litigation and outline strategies for limiting litigation risk, including alternative plan structures and engaging investment consultants.
