Julianne Story is one of 51 statewide Women's Justice Awards honorees for 2018.

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Missouri Lawyers Weekly has recognized partner Julianne Story in its annual Women’s Justice Awards series. Story was named among honorees winning the Litigation Practitioner Award. The Litigation Practitioner Award recognizes those who “have made their careers in the courtroom.” Missouri Lawyers Weekly named 51 honorees statewide for this year’s award series.

Story is based in Kansas City and leads Husch Blackwell’s Labor & Employment practice group. Her practice is focused on providing clients with strategic counsel concerning all facets of labor and employment law. As a litigator, Story has led clients through multiple high-stakes employment disputes and has obtained summary judgment in federal court on behalf of defendant employers in lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and wage and hour violations.

The 20th annual Women’s Justice Awards event takes place May 3 at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown St. Louis. The winners will be profiled in a special section of Missouri Lawyers Weekly on April 30.
