Jenna Brofsky, senior associate in Husch Blackwell’s Kansas City office, has been named by Missouri Lawyers Media as a 2020 Up & Coming awardee.
Brofsky is a member of the firm’s Healthcare, Education and Life Sciences industry group and its Labor & Employment practice. She was part of a team that in June launched a tool to help small and mid-market businesses return to their worksites during COVID-19 by developing Return-to-Work policies that comply with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. She also serves as an elected member of the Fairway (Kansas) City Council. Brofsky earned her J.D. with high honors from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. cum laude from Brandeis University.
