News Releases

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that senior associate Kate Ledden has been nominated as an Barrister Member of The Theodore McMillian Inns of Court.

Ledden draws on extensive knowledge of both healthcare law and the court system to represent healthcare clients in complex litigation. After law school, Ledden began her legal career with nearly 10 years in federal district courts, where she worked directly with judges on all aspects of trial preparation. She came to know federal procedure backwards and forwards—and she also knows where cases can go wrong. With an insider’s perspective on how best to succeed in court and at trial, Ledden aims to set clients up for the best results from the very beginning of their cases. She handles high-stakes, complex commercial litigation as well as healthcare regulatory matters, helping clients avoid litigation whenever possible.

The Theodore McMillian American Inns of Court is the St. Louis chapter of American Inns of Court, which was founded to promote the highest level of professionalism in the practice of law. Established in 2010 and sponsored by Saint Louis University School of Law, the chapter brings together members of the St. Louis legal community to share best trial practices, enhance individual commitment to professional skills and ethics, and enjoy fellowship.
