Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that partners Erik Hansell and Tim Larkin and senior counsel Kate Dickenson are recipients of the Missouri Lawyers Media 2023 Verdicts and Settlements (V&S) Awards.
The V&S awards honor settlements and trial victories, including wins for both the defense and plaintiffs. Hansell, Larkin, Dickenson, along with co-counsel from Thompson Coburn, were noted for the #3 defense verdict in the state, which they obtained in St. Louis County (Alesi et al. v. Monsanto Company). The plaintiff had sought $30 million.
Hansell, Larkin, Dickenson and other V&S winners will be honored at the Missouri Lawyers Awards luncheon on February 9 at the Missouri Athletic Club in downtown St. Louis.
