Husch Blackwell represented Ruckit, Inc., a leading provider of transportation logistics services for the heavy materials and construction industries based in Austin, Texas, in its sale via leveraged buyout to Command Alkon, a supplier of technology-enabled collaboration platforms for heavy construction projects, backed by Thoma Bravo, LP. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“This was a complex transaction that really shined a light on how our firm can integrate multiple practices and offices into a project with a lot of moving parts,” said Remy Fesquet, the Husch Blackwell lawyer who led the transaction team. “We feel privileged to have handled such an important transaction for our client and to deliver on a tight timeline.”

The Husch Blackwell team was led by Remy Fesquet with significant support from Colleen Pagnotta. The team also included Albert Lin (tax), Craig Kovarik and Jordan Bergkamp (employee benefits), Kris Kappel and Liam Reilly (intellectual property), Cortney Morgan (international trade) and Kevin Koronka (labor and employment).
