Husch Blackwell’s renewable energy team assisted Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners in the project development and achieving financing of the 476 MWdc Fighting Jays Solar Project in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Husch Blackwell served as developer’s counsel to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners through the purchase, development and tax equity financing and funding, in the areas of real estate, environmental and permitting and electric regulatory.

Fighting Jays Solar expects to begin operations in June 2022 and has an energy hedge in the ERCOT market.
