Husch Blackwell Adds Financial Services Attorney to Chattanooga Office

Husch Blackwell welcomes Samantha A. Lunn as Sr. Counsel in the firm’s Chattanooga, Tenn., office. Experienced in complex commercial litigation, Lunn joins the firm’s Financial Services industry team and will counsel clients on securities litigation, white collar investigations and litigation, insurance litigation, employment matters, trade disputes and e-discovery.

Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Lunn served as advisor and in-house counsel for a Chattanooga-based industrial manufacturing company (2011-2015), where she advised on legal, accounting and regulatory matters. She also previously served as an associate in the Dallas office of AmLaw 100 firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (2005-2011). Her experience there included representing underwriters and Big Four accounting firms in securities class actions; representing international companies seeking discovery in the U.S. to protect assets in foreign litigation; and representing technology companies in employment and intellectual property disputes. Lunn also has experience setting up and advising 501(c)(3) not-for-profit entities.

Lunn received her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law (2005), and her B.S. in Accounting from Pepperdine University (2002).
