Congressional investigations carry nuanced legal implications and a deep set of political and reputational considerations unlike any other investigation or legal proceeding. Government investigations

Our attorneys understand from firsthand experience how government investigators work and think, and we use that insight for the benefit of clients facing a variety of investigative demands. Our team of White Collar, Internal Investigations, & Compliance attorneys regularly assists clients with responses to formal and informal investigative inquiries, such as congressional requests for testimony or information, grand jury subpoenas, Office of Inspector General subpoenas, and civil investigative demands.
