New Disclosure Requirements in Effect for Employment Background Checks

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires employers to provide a revised disclosure form titled “A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act” to job applicants and employees subject to background checks and adverse actions as a result of a background check.
