Whitney is a corporate transactional attorney focusing on commercial aviation.

Whitney drafts, reviews and negotiates large commercial agreements. She counsels clients across a wide variety of industries, including transportation and manufacturing. General corporate matters that Whitney handles include procurement-related contracts, governance documents, mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring and organizational guidance.

Clients appreciate Whitney’s extensive experience in the aviation sphere. She regularly negotiates complex travel agreements between commercial airlines and large corporations. Similarly, she secures multi-structured incentive contracts between airlines and major travel agencies around the globe. As counsel to a commercial airline, she advised on a major purchase and long-term maintenance agreement.

Her experience includes an in-house secondment with a Fortune 100 company, which sharpened her skills and continues to inform her unique understanding of how to prepare effective deals that work across borders and boardrooms.

  • Represented Chinese medical equipment company and its shareholders in its $40 million sale to a publicly listed U.S. company.
