This includes preparing cover letters, conducting in-depth research, and reviewing materials to ensure they meet the requirements of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Tomas also manages NIW Requests for Evidence (RFEs) from USCIS, crafting comprehensive responses in support of clients’ permanent resident status to maximize the likelihood of securing approval.
