Tina serves as a trusted liaison among attorneys, land agents and renewable energy developers.

As a real estate paralegal, Tina focuses her skills on streamlining the details of complex renewable energy projects. She has decades of experience assisting clients and attorneys, and currently supports the firm’s Wind Energy and Solar Energy teams. Tina enjoys routing, reviewing and recording all necessary documents – including titles, surveys and financing certificates. She collaborates with legal teams, land agents, land owners, governmental agents, trustees and construction companies, among others. She is a diligent and experienced project manager, sensitive to competing deadlines so as to make sure client plans continue on track.

Tina is appreciated for her enthusiasm, open communication and ability to embrace cost- and time-saving technology. From blueprint to build, every detail and every signature of each client project is efficiently and carefully handled by Tina.

Experience
  • Assisted legal team in representing Swift Current Energy through project development and sale of 185-MW wind farm in Illinois.
  • Assisted attorney representation of Liberty Utilities in purchase and tax equity financing of 50-MW solar facility in Nevada.
  • Supported legal team that represented Tenaska from early-stage site control efforts through financing of 242-MW wind farm in Missouri.
  • Served on legal team that represented Algonquin Power Co. in acquisition, development and tax equity financing of 75-MW Great Bay Solar Project in Maryland.
  • Managed due diligence in representation of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust in purchase of subsea, midstream pipeline system and related onshore facilities in Louisiana for $245M, including related leaseback transaction.
  • Worked on legal team that represented South Central MCN, LLC (a subsidiary of GridLiance) with respect to its acquisition of Tri-County Electric Cooperative's electric transmission facilities.
Outside the Office

Tina enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Tina and her family look forward to active vacation days camping, fishing, hiking and boating. A favorite destination is Bull Shoals-White River State Park in Arkansas.

Community Leadership

Since joining the firm in 2003, Tina has participated in annual efforts to give back to her community by “adopting” a local family each holiday season and shopping for toys, clothing, gifts and essentials from a wish list.
