His responsibilities include conducting research, drafting letters, and preparing documents and exhibits for review by attorneys. Currently, his focus is supporting the drafting of national interest waiver petitions. Drawing on his background in higher education, Thomas finds relevant materials from each client’s field to help attorneys articulate the significant value and impact of their work for the national interest.
