Overview

Stevie is a transactional attorney whose practice centers on project financing, corporate transactions, and insurance regulatory matters.

Stevie chose the legal profession to help clients navigate challenging issues and enhance the systems that shape their businesses and communities. Inspired to make a meaningful difference, she attended law school and soon found her passion in the complex and logical world of transactional law. Her coursework in business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and client relations revealed her natural aptitude for negotiation and collaborative problem-solving.

Stevie represents a diverse range of clients in real estate and corporate transactions, with a substantial focus on project financing. She represents lenders and tax equity investors, drafting and securing site-control agreements, reviewing due diligence materials, and ensuring all documentation is in place for successful financing. Additionally, she provides strategic guidance on corporate formation and plays an advisory role on insurance regulatory matters within corporate transactions.
