With more than decade worth of experience, Rachelle’s career has centered around intellectual property, with a primary focus in patent prosecution. Rachelle’s ability to work closely with clients and attorneys ensures that all phases of prosecution run efficiently and effectively.

Rachelle’s experience in intellectual property includes preparing and filing both utility and design patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), as well as international Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications. She also prepares documents of all phases that are required for U.S. prosecution of a patent, including responses to office actions, issue fees, informational disclosure statements, assignments, declarations, terminal disclaimers, power of attorney and request for continued examination.

Rachelle will make sure that no detail is missed and excels in organizational skills, time management as well as works well under the pressure of multiple deadlines. Clients and attorneys can rest assured that their cases will be handled professionally and with care.
