Overview

Nick brings a passion for working with people to his private wealth practice.

Nick was first drawn to the legal field after observing the positive impact his father, an attorney, had on the lives of his clients. He recognized that this was a career filled with opportunities to provide meaningful assistance, and he planned to choose a practice area where he would work regularly and directly with individuals. After earning his law degree, Nick assisted clients with a variety of corporate and real estate transactions as well as estate planning and quickly discovered that his first love was the latter. Practicing in the private wealth field would allow him to work one on one with clients, helping them achieve goals for their and their families’ futures.

At Husch Blackwell, Nick works with high-net-worth individuals, families and family businesses, drafting and advising on estate plans, wills, trusts and business succession plans. He also has experience opening probate estates, advising clients throughout the probate process and assisting with probate litigation—a background he draws on to help clients prepare plans that will prevent future litigation. Nick sees his primary role as helping clients secure the future for both their families and their businesses.

Known for his interpersonal skills, Nick has built a reputation as a highly responsive and attentive attorney. Clients have confidence that he’s on top of matters and determined to help them assemble the best plan possible.
