Mohamad Fattouh

Mohamad represents banks and other lenders in middle market lending transactions.

With an undergraduate degree in finance, Mohamad was drawn to law by a desire to utilize his analytical thinking, business-oriented mindset, and interpersonal skills.

As a law student, he served with his school’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, where he gained hands-on experience helping clients start nonprofits, LLCs, and other business entities. His time with the clinic, coupled with his success in a contract-drafting course, solidified his interest in Banking & Finance. He found it truly rewarding to navigate obstacles to achieve a client’s goal.

Mohamad’s clerkship with a corporate service provider further shaped his understanding of client needs. He learned to adapt to different communication styles, a skill he believes is crucial for any successful attorney. Mohamad also served as a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, drafting more than 15 different ancillary loan documents and working on a pro bono case for an Afghan asylum seeker.

Mohamad’s finance degree gives him a client-centric perspective: he understands business-oriented thinking, and he aims to think the way clients do. He is also known for his personable nature, charisma, and energy. An excellent listener with a keen attention to detail, Mohamad values transparent communication. He is committed to meeting clients’ goals in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

A sports fan, Mohamad loves basketball, whether playing, coaching, watching, hosting charity tournaments, or accidentally memorizing commentary of famous NBA moments.
