Overview

Mikah represents clients in renewable energy real estate transactions.

Mikah works at the intersection of real estate and energy development.

After beginning her career in traditional real estate work, Mikah quickly developed a strong interest in renewable energy projects. She values the collaborative nature of real estate transactions and the opportunity to support critical energy infrastructure with lasting impact. Today, her practice centers on utility-scale renewable energy transactions, alongside a continued foundation in traditional real estate matters.

Mikah represents both developers and lenders, offering support and assistance at all project stages, from site planning and due diligence through document negotiation, financing, and ultimate disposition. While her primary focus is solar energy, she also has experience with wind and battery storage projects. Mikah’s work spans the country, and she thrives on the complexity of working on projects from coast to coast.

With a strong reputation for attention to detail, Mikah is known for taking ownership of and fully immersing herself in each project. She focuses not only on the immediate transaction, but on the long-term strategy and full life cycle of the asset—helping clients navigate today’s challenges while positioning their projects for lasting success.
