Megan has worked with business clients in a variety of industries, which has led her to appreciate the importance of providing individualized advice and employing unique strategies to match each client’s particular situation.
In commercial real estate, Megan has assisted corporate clients in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements, covenants and restrictions documents, access agreements, and reciprocal easement agreements. She also has experience regarding mergers and acquisitions, having negotiated M&A NDAs, performed due diligence and participated in purchase agreement negotiations. She enjoys participating in both buy-side and sell-side deal strategy discussions.
