Lindsey supports clients through land development processes with local municipalities, helping navigate each step from due diligence to final approvals.
As a Texas land planner, Lindsey performs land use research for developer clients. She works on projects throughout the state, with a particular emphasis on zoning regulations and land use practices. Lindsey helps clients understand what is possible with specific properties, working with municipalities on their behalf to guide zoning, platting, permitting, and comprehensive land use planning. She also assists with due diligence and title and survey review, ensuring clients have the information needed to move projects forward.
Lindsey’s background brings a practical perspective to every project. After a municipal government internship in her hometown of Windcrest, Texas, Lindsey earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration and transitioned into permits work. She later joined the City of Cibolo as an urban planner, where she discovered a true passion for the field, and went on to earn accreditation from the Congress of New Urbanism (CNU) in partnership with the University of Miami. Lindsey loves the challenge of fitting planning rules with developer and community goals, assembling the planning puzzle for each new property.
Having worked inside Cibolo’s municipal planning department, Lindsey understands what cities need from developers and how to present information in a way that moves projects toward approval. Her inside experience helps her anticipate issues, communicate clearly, and explain complex matters to clients in straightforward terms. Lindsey’s approach is direct and practical, focused on helping clients reach their development goals efficiently.
