Ileigh is a skilled paralegal with extensive legal knowledge and a practical understanding of business operations. She supports clients across a range of corporate and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on startups, venture-backed companies, and alcohol law.

Ileigh regularly assists with entity formation, corporate governance, and day-to-day operational needs. She works closely with attorneys on venture transactions, guiding clients through the challenges of early-stage growth and investment.

Her experience includes general corporate matters such as business formations, amendments, and compliance filings. Ileigh also supports clients in the financial services and capital markets sectors, particularly with SEC compliance, including the preparation and filing of SEC exemptions and other regulatory documents.

In addition, Ileigh advises on alcohol beverage law, helping clients obtain licenses and manage regulatory issues related to manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations. She also assists investment funds with fund formation, investment documentation, and ongoing compliance requirements.
