For more than a decade, Holly has worked in the legal field, assisting attorneys and clients in complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, class action claims, probate matters, corporate issues and trial preparation across the nation. She now focuses her broad range of skills on collaborating with the firm’s Labor & Employment team.

Holly enjoys working closely with employers and attorneys during all phases of discovery, scheduling deadlines, trial preparation, document production and database management. She is known for her ability to organize and format millions of documents, identifying critical information necessary for effective strategies and legal solutions. Holly enjoys being at the ready with answers and meeting each deadline on behalf of employers’ most complex legal issues.

  • Served on legal team in discrimination case brought against union and handled successfully for client.
  • Served as lead paralegal, working closely with legal team and client, handling ~2M documents during discovery and 3.5-year high-stakes breach of contract trial.
  • Served as lead paralegal on legal team for Colorado construction defect case, successfully defending against allegation of wanton disregard and saving client millions of dollars in damages over 3-week trial.
  • As lead paralegal, secured all relevant documentation in complex consumer protection class action cases involving 5000+ members with five-figure individual settlements, obtaining desired outcome for client.
Outside the Office

Holly enjoys time with her husband and their three teen-aged and young-adult children. The family also includes two dogs and two cats. She’s an avid gardener of both vegetables and flowers, likes cooking big family meals and watching “The Crown.” Though busy, Holly finds time to macramé wall hangings, plant holders and key chains to sell online and to friends, donating proceeds to charity.
