Gwendolyn represents private and public institutions of higher education in a variety of legal matters.

Gwendolyn counsels colleges and universities on issues related to employment, student conduct, disability accommodations and campus safety, including Title IX and the Clery Act. She regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings on employee and student matters, in litigation in state and federal court, and before the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights.

Before joining Husch Blackwell, Gwendolyn was an associate in the higher education group at a midsize Chicago firm. Prior to that, Gwendolyn served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael H. Watson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She began her career as an associate in the labor and employment group of an Am Law 100 firm.
