Erin focuses on real estate work, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

Erin’s interest in real estate and development stems from a desire to shape communities and create a tangible, lasting impact. Growing up with a father who was a home builder, she understands the role property plays in a community on a visceral level, and she’s excited to help clients build their businesses through real estate.

While Erin has experience in general real estate work regarding easements, leases, title commitments, and tax issues, she focuses much of her practice on real estate transactions for renewable energy projects. Her passion for energy law is linked to the critical role energy plays in combating climate change and fostering sustainable development. Erin values the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions and support the transition to cleaner, renewable energy, and she loves helping clients complete sustainable, energy-efficient projects that will foster a greener world.

Known as an excellent listener and communicator, Erin ensures clients feel heard and understood. Thanks to her strong organizational skills, she managed complex matters efficiently, serving as a reliable and effective advocate for clients’ legal needs.

Erin absolutely loves being outdoors—any activity, any time. She especially loves hiking or being in water.

Erin also enjoys art, painting and drawing in her spare time; music, especially country music; and cheering on Husker football.
