Overview

Dimitri assists clients with real estate matters.

Dimitri’s interest in law was sparked during an undergraduate business law class, where he found himself more intrigued by the legal aspects of business than the financial. This led him to law school, where he further developed his passion for business law, particularly in the areas of contract drafting, business transactions, and corporate taxation.

As a law student, Dimitri interned with both Physicians Realty Trust and the Milwaukee County Economic Development Division. He also spent a summer working with Husch Blackwell’s Real Estate team. These experiences provided him with a deep understanding of real estate transactions, property titles, leases, and vendor agreements, as well as insights into how public and private sectors collaborate to promote economic growth. He was drawn to the complexity of real estate law in his coursework as well: the practice area neatly combined his interests in finance, taxation, macroeconomics, and politics.

Now a fully qualified attorney, Dimitri focuses on the development and tax side of real estate. He is known for his hard work, dedication, and genuine passion for his practice area, and he uses his background in economics and mathematics, his legal training, and his past experiences to provide the best possible service.
