Dimitri helps clients proactively identify regulatory risks, reduce duty liabilities, and succeed in an increasingly complicated global regulatory environment. He is a skilled advocate for his clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Court of International Trade.
Beyond his trade practice, Dimitri advises clients in the renewable energy industry on tax matters related to mergers, acquisitions, corporate transactions, and the purchase and sale of renewable energy tax credits.
