He assists our immigration attorneys in the preparation of National Interest Waiver (NIW) and Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A) petitions, as well as Request for Evidence (RFE) responses.
Dan helps with research, strategy, and the formulation of arguments, provides and organizes exhibits to support these arguments, and reviews client-submitted documents to ensure they meet the standards for submission to USCIS.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and has worked in the immigration area since 2024.
