Cindy has over three decades of experience in the legal industry, including two decades in estate planning and trust administration.
Cindy assists attorneys with the preparation of core estate planning documents such as wills, revocable trusts, financial powers of attorney and healthcare powers of attorney. She also helps attorneys prepare complex estate planning documents and implement strategies that minimize wealth transfer taxes. Additionally, she has experience with all aspects of irrevocable trust administration, funding trusts, preparation of gift tax returns, deeds for conveyance of real estate, and corporate documents for various corporate matters.
Cindy works closely with clients through the estate planning and trust administration process with understanding and compassion.
