Charlotte helps clients with labor and employment matters, including litigation, compliance, and workplace challenges.
Charlotte chose law for its intellectual challenge, its variety, and the opportunity it presented to collaborate with others to solve problems. Labor and employment appealed because of its people-centered nature, as well as its intersection with multiple other areas of law. Charlotte was also particularly drawn to employment litigation thanks to her competitive spirit.
During law school, Charlotte served as senior editor for the Denver Law Review’s online forum, managing content and collaborating with professionals nationwide. Charlotte also worked as a teaching assistant, mentoring new law students and supporting their growth. A judicial internship at the Colorado Supreme Court provided valuable insight into legal writing and the impact of well-crafted arguments.
As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Charlotte drafted motions, created client presentations, and attended meetings and mediations. This experience offered practical knowledge and reinforced the value of clear communication and teamwork.
