Bo assists public and private clients on an array of development matters.

His broad range of experience includes land use, zoning, environmental policy, and renewable energy development.

Bo joined Husch Blackwell in 2018 after a fellowship at the Conservation Law Center where he assisted national and regional environmental non-profits in litigation, policy, and transactional work. During law school Bo clerked at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, externed in-house with a renewable energy development company, and interned with the Office of the Virginia Attorney General.
