Anna helps clients navigate complex commercial litigation matters, guiding disputes through all stages of state and federal court proceedings.
Before law school, Anna found the legal field endlessly interesting and meaningful. She has never wanted to build a career doing anything else. That certainty carried her straight from undergraduate studies in economics and sociology into a legal education at the University of Chicago Law School focused on solving difficult, real-world problems for clients.
Anna is skilled at combining careful legal analysis with direct advocacy in high-stakes disputes. Following law school, Anna clerked for two years for Chief Judge Brian C. Wimes in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, learning the most effective ways to persuade a court and gaining firsthand exposure to how courts manage complex dockets. While clerking, Anna participated in bench and jury trials for both civil and criminal cases and handled a multidistrict litigation case. Anna has also interned on the state and federal levels, including an internship with the Department of Justice Antitrust Division where she learned how government investigators build a case. Anna now regularly represents clients in both state and federal proceedings across the country.
Those experiences on both sides of the courtroom shaped Anna’s approach to litigation, giving her an understanding of how cases are built, argued, and decided at every stage of the process.
Known for being communicative and responsive, Anna focuses on keeping clients informed at every stage of a matter. She approaches each case as a problem to be solved, bringing trustworthiness and reliability to the table alongside a commitment to timely, clear updates.
