Ana focuses her practice on white collar defense, False Claims Act litigation, internal investigations, and commercial litigation.
Before entering law, Ana managed business operations at growth-focused companies, gaining firsthand insight into the competing demands of running a business. Drawing on a decade of experience in business, she pairs careful legal analysis with a practical understanding of clients’ business priorities. She approaches legal challenges with attention to operational realities and the financial and reputational consequences of a dispute.
Ana’s interest in law began with watching her father practice, and a conversation with her late mother helped turn her longstanding interest into a decision to pursue a legal career. She is drawn to the complexity of white collar work and the responsibility of holding the government to its burden of proof.
During law school, Ana had two children, an experience that deepened the empathy, discipline, and perspective she brings to her practice.
As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Ana worked on commercial litigation and False Claims Act matters, gaining exposure to sophisticated litigation while learning from experienced attorneys at the firm.
Ana approaches each matter with thorough preparation, clear communication, and close attention to what is at stake for the client. She works to make complex issues understandable and help clients weigh their options at each stage of a dispute.
