Overview

Amanda advises businesses on all aspects of labor and employment law, guiding clients through an ever-changing legal landscape and helping them address workplace challenges with confidence.

Amanda’s career in law is rooted in a commitment to problem-solving and connecting people with the resources they need. Before law school, she worked as a case manager at a Texas nonprofit, where she learned the importance of tackling issues at their source and developing practical, lasting solutions.

Drawn to the dynamic nature of labor and employment law, Amanda enjoys counseling companies on both day-to-day workplace matters and complex disputes. During law school, she developed a particular interest in employment discrimination and the evolution of legal standards, which continues to inform her practice today.

Her legal background includes a judicial externship with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, where she gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and effective legal writing. As a two-time summer associate at Husch Blackwell, she worked on a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation, wage and union disputes, and policy drafting—experience that strengthened her adaptability and reinforced her focus on clear, effective communication.

Amanda is known as an effective communicator with a collaborative approach that allows her to keep matters moving efficiently while forging strong relationships. Clients can expect someone who listens closely, provides practical guidance, and adapts as circumstances change to help clients achieve their goals.
