Alex focuses on corporate law, assisting clients with transactions, contracts, and business matters.
Growing up in Nigeria, Alex saw attorneys as problem solvers and advocates for fairness. The profession’s reputation for helping people tackle challenges inspired him to pursue a legal career, and he earned two law degrees before moving to the U.S., where he earned an LL.M. and a J.D. As an attorney in Nigeria, Alex handled multimillion-dollar transactions, including negotiations and due diligence for significant power projects.
Drawn to corporate law by a family background of entrepreneurship, Alex has always had an interest in the business side of law. This practice area allows him to work directly with business owners and companies, providing guidance on deals and helping clients achieve their objectives. He’s a former business owner himself: as an undergraduate, Alex launched a startup in Nigeria, which he later expanded to the U.S.
Alex’s hands-on business experience shapes the practical approach he brings to legal work. He especially enjoys working on contracts, an area that stood out to him in law school as a clear example of how legal agreements shape business relationships and carry real consequences.
Clients value Alex’s ability to listen, attention to detail, and patient guidance through complex issues. He is known for clear communication and a steady, solutions-focused approach.
