Kate is a senior paralegal focusing on corporate transactional matters. She has significant experience in complex mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, foreign qualification, UCC matters, and stock transactions.

Kate plays an instrumental role in drafting transactional documents, conducting due diligence, performing legal research, and maintaining meticulous closing checklists that keep complex transactions organized and closings on track. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, she is committed to delivering exceptional client service on every matter she handles.

She also has extensive public finance experience, advising clients as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, and borrower’s counsel. Kate puts her analytical rigor to work drafting documents, reviewing agreements, and managing projects across a wide range of public finance transactions, spanning both taxable and tax-exempt structures. She coordinates closely with issuers, lenders, underwriters, and other transaction parties, keeping communication clear and consistent to move each deal efficiently toward closing.

Kate loves spending time with her husband and their three daughters. She likes to travel and is always looking forward to their next family adventure together. Kate is a classically trained pianist and enjoys performing music with her entire family, who all play string instruments.
