Becki is a senior paralegal who focuses her work on labor and employment matters.

Becki is experienced in all phases of litigation at the state and federal level. She manages cases from initial investigation through large-scale document production, eDiscovery, mediations, arbitrations and pretrial preparation. She assists attorneys with complex litigation cases at trial and is highly skilled in legal software systems. She has extensive experience working with:

Becki is dedicated to using technology to create efficient and cost-effective solutions for firm clients. She enhanced existing systems to create a method whereby all information in cases can be accessed in-house or offsite from one document, including contact information, pleadings, discovery, deposition transcripts and exhibits, and documents produced. She works on the preservation, collection, review and production of eDiscovery. Becki also uses litigation technology software to create a database in each case for easy accessibility of facts, dates, witnesses and relevant documents.
