Angela is a senior paralegal who supports the St. Louis and Phoenix offices. She has more than 30 years of experience and concentrates in the areas of high-net-worth family office administration, probate, post-death estate and trust administration, and tax preparation.

Angela has built long-standing relationships with some of the firm’s largest estate planning clients and is responsible for “quarterbacking” and managing their family offices. She is frequently involved in the following matters:

  • Organizes and manages all aspects of post-death estates and trusts, including post-death trust funding and trust administration.
  • Handles domicile and ancillary probate estates.
  • Prepares and files federal and state estate tax returns.
  • Prepares and files gift tax returns. 
  • Administers various types of irrevocable trusts, including irrevocable insurance trusts and intentionally deficient irrevocable trusts.
  • Composes monthly and annual fiduciary trust accounting reports.
  • Forms and manages corporate entities in connection with estate planning.
  • Prepares transfer deeds.
  • Manages day-to-day administration of client corporate entities.
  • Manages day-to-day administration of various types of trusts for trustees.
