The Title IX Workshop digs into actual problems and scenarios you are likely to face and provides practical advice to use at your institution.
This course is taught by experienced higher education attorneys who focus on sexual misconduct investigations and compliance guidance under Title IX, VAWA and the Clery Act. It will include traditional presentations, videos and a variety of interactive modules with up-to-date information on responding to sexual misconduct in a manner that ensures fairness, accuracy and compliance.
