This is a basic training for persons who will serve as advisors to complainants and respondents in Title IX sexual harassment hearings.
Topics will include understanding sexual harassment; the hearing process; conducting effective questioning and cross-examination of parties and witnesses; and supporting parties.
Training Cost

Continuing Education Credit
This program is pending approval for Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin continuing legal education credit. This program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resources Management for review.
