- Examine the flexibilities that have become permanent for Medicare reimbursement as well as those that have been extended through December 31, 2024, by the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2023
- Understand the DEA’s proposed permanent rules to allow the prescription of controlled medications via telemedicine for specific controlled substances and time periods with the end of the Ryan Haight Act
- Discuss the end of the OCR’s privacy enforcement discretion at the end of the PHE and its guidance on how to provide audio-only telehealth services in compliance with the HIPAA privacy rule
