Seminars

Husch Blackwell invites you to an educational and entertaining program in our ongoing business litigation series:

Lessons in Insolvency: How to Protect the Company When Customers Go Broke

This program will include an overview of when you may have to return money paid to you before the debtor’s bankruptcy filing (preferences), how to recover products that you delivered before the debtor’s bankruptcy filing (reclamation) and how to get preferred payment over other creditors for products delivered before the debtor’s bankruptcy filing (503(b)(9) administrative claims). We will offer practical information on how to lessen exposure and maximize recovery when dealing with insolvent entities.

Mike Alston will moderate the panel discussion.
