Electronic Information and Document Preservation: What are a company’s duties to preserve and produce?

Husch Blackwell invites you to attend the second program in our new "Lessons in Litigation" series. This series is designed to provide you with practical information on a variety of business litigation topics in a succinct, relaxed and entertaining way. In fact, the panelists and moderator have all pledged to have you well-fed, well-informed and well on your way to your office by 8:45 a.m.

This program will include an overview of a company’s duties related to litigation holds, document retention and electronically stored information. We will offer practical information on how to implement internal policies to retain the information needed to defend or prosecute claims in court and to shield your business from potential court penalties for failure to retain such information.
