On February 26, 2021, the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) will hold a permanent rulemaking hearing to receive public comments on proposed rule changes. These proposed changes will include specific provisions governing the decontamination and remediation of marijuana and marijuana products as well as guidance for businesses wishing to centralize their operations.
