Join Husch Blackwell’s Education attorneys for a Civil Rights Investigator Training—available again for college, university, and school professionals responsible for investigating discrimination complaints based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, and other protected statuses in institutional programs or activities.

This is the same comprehensive program we’ve offered in the past with updates to reflect recent developments. The first portion of the training will cover essential topics including an overview of applicable laws, recent enforcement actions, and relevant case law. The second portion will focus on best practices for grievance procedures, interviewing techniques, report writing, and complaint resolution.

Training Cost
