Seminars

Please join us for a seminar on organic certification issues and creative labeling options for cannabis businesses. The USDA National Organic Program recently prohibited certification under the national standards. However, consumers and the cannabis industry continue to see a need for label regulation and organic certification.

Our program will include a brief legal review and practical tips on how cannabis companies can comply with organic standards and prepare to get certified. We will also address opportunities regarding other labeling programs. This program, geared toward cannabis business owners, will provide tools to help prevent problems for your business.
