Miss our earlier Title IX Trainings in July and September? Husch Blackwell’s Education attorneys are pleased to offer another chance to attend a Title IX training focused on institutional response to sexual harassment for Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, investigators, hearing officers and other members of institutional Title IX teams. This annual training includes a discussion of key case law updates and the latest guidance from the Department of Education.

College and university investigators and adjudicators of sexual misconduct, Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, investigators, hearing officers and other Title IX team members.

Continuing Education Credits
This program is pending approval for Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin continuing legal education credit and HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resource Management recertification credit.

Husch Blackwell does not seek accreditation of recorded webinars, however, many states grant self-study CLE credits for listening to recorded events, including but not limited to AZ, CA, MO, TX and WI. In the event that you missed the live webinar, please refer to your state’s specific CLE rules for more detailed information on what qualifies for self-study credits.
