Husch Blackwell Education attorneys will present a half-day training focused on Title IX’s application to sex-based scholarships, sex-restricted fellowships, and other institutional benefits conferred based on sex, including recent regulatory efforts to compel schools to assess and modify such awards and programs to ensure they are sex neutral.

The course is focused on helping institutions understand the limits that Title IX imposes on such awards and programs and how such awards and programs may be modified to bring them into compliance.

Training Cost
$400 per person. Fee includes the virtual program and materials. Payment can be made via check or credit card.

Who Should Attend
Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, gift officers, endowment administrators, administrators that oversee student programs, and board members.

Continuing Education Credit
This program is pending approval for Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin continuing legal education credit. This program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resources Management for review.
