Husch Blackwell Education attorneys will present a half-day training focused on Title IX’s application to sex-based scholarships, sex-restricted fellowships, and other institutional benefits conferred based on sex, including recent regulatory efforts to compel schools to assess and modify such awards and programs to ensure they are sex neutral.
The course is focused on helping institutions understand the limits that Title IX imposes on such awards and programs and how such awards and programs may be modified to bring them into compliance.
