Mauri Sheer has more than 39 years of experience in law enforcement, most recently serving 9 years as United States Marshal for the Western District of Missouri. As U.S. Marshal, Sheer was responsible for the protection of all Federal Judges in the Western District of Missouri, was coordinator of security for all three federal courthouses and was overseer for federal fugitive apprehension throughout western Missouri.
