Special Presentation by Justin Mulaire, EEOC Trial Attorney:

Justin will discuss his role with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, developments in EEOC policy, and best practices for employers when dealing with EEOC charges.

Justin is a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he has litigated individual and class employment discrimination cases on behalf of the government under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He has served as an attorney advisor to the EEOC''s General Counsel in Washington, and as a Trial Attorney in the agency''s New York District Office, and is currently assigned to the EEOC''s Chicago District Office. Justin is a Government Fellow of the ABA’s Section of Labor and Employment Law and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
