Husch Blackwell Sanders' Hal J. Perloff and Brian P. Waagner will host "The Keys to Federal Construction Contracting," a webinar presented by WPL Publishing Co., Inc. The 90-minute webinar begins at 1 p.m. EST, Tuesday, March 16, 2010.
The presentation will focus on how federal government construction differs from commercial construction. In addition to the rules that govern contract award and the resolution of claims and disputes, the discussion will address new compliance and oversight issues imposed on contracts funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Perloff and Waagner are partners in the Government Contracts department and focus their practice on construction and government contracts matters. Perloff and Waagner both represent contractors and subcontractors in the preparation, presentation and litigation of claims arising from federal government construction contracts.
